Hey, I'm Cassidy
Graduate Intern, she/her

I know it might sound intimidating at times, but the body is where everything happens and it's time we re-connect with it and with self. My Approach
Cassidy is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Capella University. In addition to her coursework, Cassidy’s experience working in community mental health, as a wellness coach, and as a certified yoga instructor all inform her practice as a counselor in training. She’s passionate about helping people bridge the mind-body connection and show up wholly and authentically for themselves and in their community. She strives to create a space where clients feel safe to explore without judgment, feel heard and valued. Cassidy’s work is trauma informed, approached through a feminist lens, and queer-affirming.
