Forgiveness can be a very complex and difficult process to navigate, so we spent some time this week discussing what forgiveness looks like after trauma or harm has been done. Joining us to discuss is Melony Crayton, a trauma-informed, attachment theory oriented, queer and ethical non-monogamy affirming, and sex-positive therapist, committed to embracing all identities while supporting you through your discovery and healing journey. The three of us get into ways we have worked to forgive and seek forgiveness from people in our lives. We also talk about what it means in our relationships when we choose not to forgive and then explore the ways in which we try to forgive ourselves along the way. It is quite the listen, so sit back, relax, and enjoy.
