This week’s episode, The Journey to Forgiveness, had us talking about forgiveness and trauma. We get into it as we delve into our own experiences of experiencing different types of harm against us as well as perpetrated by us, how (if at all) we find the path towards forgiveness, being kind and compassionate to ourselves along the way, and all of the complexities involved in between. To help aid you in your own process around forgiveness, we have a few activities to support you, whether you are trying to decide if you should offer or seek forgiveness, figure out how to ask for forgiveness, and practice what you would say to someone you are forgiving. It isn’t an easy road, but it can be quite fruitful.
