This service is for individual or couples looking to use erotic breathwork techniques before, during and after sex to build intimacy, get into the moment and create a more mindful, explosive experience whether solo or with partners. Why breathwork, we already know how to breath? Well, actually many of us struggle with our breathing and we might not even realize it. From holding our breath to not taking deep, intentional breaths throughout the day, engaging in breathwork is beneficial for everyone. Our breath is what connects us to ourselves and others and in a very real sense, it connects us to life (if we aren't breathing, we aren't living). Intentional breathwork is a great practice for increasing our presence in the moment, regulating our nervous system, moving energy throughout the body, and connect to our body. *Medical insurance will not be accepted or billed for this service.
