Service Description

I offer individualized 60-minute clinical consultation services to folks who are looking for support related to any of my areas of focus, which are listed below. We can use our time to discuss a clinical case, to answer questions you may have about a particular topic or modality, or to practice a particular skill or approach. I am also passionate about working with clinicians who would like to utilize expressive therapy modalities to support their clinical growth. Expressive therapy approaches, including psychodrama and sandtray, can challenge us to step outside of our comfort zone and approach our work in new ways. For example, expressive techniques in consultation can look like: -Using drama therapy and psychodrama techniques to role play challenging situations and explore different ways to respond. -Exploring issues of transference and countertransference through artmaking, creative expression, and projective techniques. -Practicing somatic awareness through movement and sound to build your capacity to stay present in your body and attuned to client’s needs during sessions. Areas of Focus: -Eating Disorders -Expressive Arts Therapy -PTSD & Complex Trauma -LGBTQ+ Identities -Intersections of Gender Dysphoria & Body Dysmorphia -Harm-Reduction -Body Image & Body Grief -Child Sexual Abuse, including Sibling Sexual Abuse (SSA) and Child on Child Sexual Abuse (COCSA) -Addictive Processes (Substance Use, Self Harm, Disordered Eating, etc.) Fees: I offer three fee options based on the Green Bottle Sliding Scale framework (see image below): Tier 1 - $150 Tier 2 - $100 Tier 3 - $50 Please select the pricing option that best fits your personal financial situation.
